Cameroon is situated in west-central Africa along the Gulf of Guinea. Popular for its multiplicity in culture, climate and geography, it is also called as "Africa in miniature". Cameroon's ethnic communities possess their own authentic varieties.

They commemorate, deliveries, harvesting festivals, demises and other religious ceremonies. Music and dance are an integral part of the daily life of Cameroonians. Folklore, rituals, social interactions are customary activities. They have various musical instruments, drums and flutes being the most famous.
