Observing Basic Details Of A Doves Policy

By Maria Ludwig

No one wants to think about death, but it is something that everyone must face someday. If something were to happen to you today, you would want to make sure that all of your arrangements were taken care of. A Doves funeral policy is one of the best ways to insure that everything is seen to.

With the right plan in place, your death will not place a financial burden upon your family. Funerals can be very expensive these days and the cost can be many thousands of rand. This kind of expense may be more than most families can bear and this can place hardships on the people that you love.

When someone you love dies, it can cause many problems. These times are stressful and if loved ones are not concerned with paying for your burial, it will be much easier on them. You can have a plan in place and your family will not have to see to the details.

Several different plans are available for funerals. Family policies provide cover of ten thousand rand. You also can choose a plan that will pay eighteen thousand. These plans cover you and your spouse.

Your family plan includes children and will cover up to six. If you have children that are at least 14 years old they will receive the same cover as you and your spouse. Kids from 6 to 13 will receive as much as 12,000 rand. Those that are less than six years of age can have 3500 rand cover and the plans will also pay 1500 in case there is a stillborn birth in the family.

Maybe you are a divorced or widowed. You can buy cover that provides as much protection as a normal family plan. If there are extended family members, they can be covered for an additional premium. Waiting periods are necessary. For example, it is 60 days for people younger than 65. Those 65 and over will need to wait for a period of 90 days before their cover becomes effective.
